Adjective

A word or phrase that describes a noun’s features or quality, whether it relates to appearance, texture, sensation, personality and so forth. An adjective is also known as a “modifier.” 형용사 (hyungyongsa) is the Korean word for adjective. The majority of Korean adjectives are unique in that they actually behave quite like verbs.

An adverb is a word that describes a verb, adjective or another adverb. They provide more information about the “how” and “where.”
